Shipping Destinations

Currently, we only ship merchandise to addresses within the United States. No international shipping available at this time.

Processing Time

  • Standard orders: Processed within 1-3 business days
  • Pre-order items: Clearly marked with estimated shipping dates
  • Holiday periods: Allow additional 2-3 days for processing

$8 - For most merchandise (2-3 business days)

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact us.

Delivery Issues

Sometimes things go wrong—here's what to do:

  • Lost package: Contact us after 10 business days from shipment
  • Damaged items: Email photos of damage to support@arsenicgrin.com
  • Wrong item received: Don't open it—contact us immediately

Returns & Exchanges

Unopened merchandise: 30-day return window

Defective items: We'll replace them at no cost

Return shipping: Customer pays unless it's our mistake

No returns on CDs/vinyl once opened due to copyright protection.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 30 days for:

  • Unopened merchandise (excluding digital goods)
  • Defective/damaged items (with photo proof)
  • Orders we failed to deliver

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
